As a drummer who plays pop, jazz, rock and musical theater, I need a universal drumstick. Meinl Stick & Brush was able to create this perfect model for me. Why is this the perfect stick? It’s not too heavy due to the maple wood which also produces a nice sound on cymbals. The larger diameter gives this stick a great rebound, and it pulls a bigger tone out of the drums.
